What Deliber8 Is

I bring together formal training in psychology, over 25 years of studying human behaviour and social systems, and firsthand experience navigating trauma, power dynamics, and long-term personal growth.

This work isn’t clinical or prescriptive.
It’s a focused space tounderstand what’s happening, develop language for experiences that have felt hard to name, and identify next steps that make sense now – without forcing the moment into a longer commitment.

Deliber8 meets you where you are – with clarity, respect, and depth.

Deliber8 is not therapy, coaching packages, or ongoing support.
It’s focused 1:1 work designed to help you:

  • understand what’s happening
  • name what’s been hard to articulate
  • and decide how you want to move forward

Sessions are available in 30-minute or 55-minute formats, with the option of two sessions if more space is needed.

To make the most of our time together, I ask for a brief written overview before we meet.

You don’t need to include everything.
Just what feels relevant.

This isn’t about perfection or telling the story “right.”
It’s about giving me enough context to understand what I’m walking into – so we can use our session time for insight, not catch-up.

For best results, I usually ask for a few key pieces of information ahead of time, such as:

  • The main situation or question you want clarity on
  • Who or what is involved, and what feels charged
  • Any relevant background or history
  • Patterns you’ve noticed (if this isn’t new)
  • What you’ve already tried
  • What you’re hoping to understand or decide

This allows us to move through the session with clarity

Sessions are intentionally offered in small, focused packages. If another situation comes up later, you’re welcome to book again with 24-48 hours’ notice, pending availability.

  • Called “too much” for having a normal reaction to absurd treatment

Deliber8 isn’t the right fit if you’re looking for ongoing weekly therapy, crisis support, or someone to tell you what to think or do.
It’s also not designed for situations that require emergency care or clinical treatment.

Getting started with Deliber8 is simple.

  1. Complete the intake form
    Share a brief overview of what’s bringing you here.
    You don’t need to explain everything – just what feels relevant.
  2. Choose your session length
    Select a 30-minute session, a 55-minute session, or two sessions if you want continuity.
  3. Meet Online: one-on-one
    We’ll use our time for clarity, perspective, and grounded next steps.

We’ll take it one conversation at a time.
If you’re unsure which option to choose, start with what feels manageable.
